In order to show just how a quality graphics kit or dial kit can enhance your motor, I've been working on my project car 'Rufus' for the last few years. This '92 Toyota Celica GT-Four RC is being developed not only to be a great show car, but have the poke to back up the looks. The project is ongoing, as always, but is getting very close to completion now.
There have been major overhauls to all aspects of the vehicle with some of the larger jobs including a full respray with custom graphics, engine cooling and management mods coupled with bolt on goodies like a GReddy TD06 turbo kit and full 3" custom stainless steel/carbon fibre exhaust system, a full interior retrim in alcantara and leather with new front seats and all the usual gubbins you'd expect!
Here are some taster pics of the work in progress. I am currently developing a whole website for Rufus which will include pics and write-ups of most of the mods, together with some history of the car and some of the memorable journeys that have been taken in it - notably a weeks holiday to the French Riviera which included stops in Cannes, Monaco (pictured right), San Remo and St. Tropez. Hopefully the completion of the site will coincide with the completion of the project!
